Well the challenge on crafty angels was to use your favourite stamp, its sooo hard when you love them all but i got this today and i have to say, how cute is she????????

I love pink gem stamps, they are so well worth the money,so i made this with her for the challenge xx

CARD FOR WOJ CHALLENGE

Well heres my card for the woj challenge,to use brown,yellow and a colour of your choice.Its my 1st ever card challenge ive entered,so hope u all like it.

I chose to add a bit of pale pink as i had these lovely flowers from the craft shop today so thought theyd set off the card.

Items used were- woj stamp

mediums-promarkers-tan,caramel,pale pink,rose pink,buttercup,mustard,gold,blush,dusky pink.

nesties-scalloped ovals.

Yellow organza.

rusty hinge distress ink.

sml flower punch.

Martha stewart punch.

patterned paper and pearls.

PARTY NEWS AND SAMPLE CARD

Well i survived my two daughters party on saturday, and to tell you the truth,the kids were great, although the parents had to stay with the younger children wo Taia had invited, i said the older ones were ok to stay without mum and dad, so we had about 15 children and they were amazing, they had a gret time, eating hot dogs,playing pass the parcel and loved the bouncy castle, (thanx tonya's mum and dad). I couldnt have done it though without my best mate Stacy helping and my hubby Steve who did all the cooking, great job babe xx

The party was a great sucess all in all with the girls having all their important friends there, some could not make it but all in all they were very pleased.
We got the girls a lovely cake with their photo on and you should of seen their little faces light up, they loved it, heres the cake...

Whiff of joy sample card

A card i made using my new stamp wedding willow-whiff of joy.

I used pink gingam paper 1st, then matted some glittered flourish handmade paper to pink card,then cut a border from martha stewart big daisy punch,stamped image and coloured with promarkers,and chalked the background with soft pink,cut out using the out of box method with a nellie snellen die,then attached flowers,leaves and gems to card.
hair-tan,cinnamon,caramel
skin-ivory,blush,almond
dress- blossom,rose pink.
bouquet-meadow green,grass,buttercup.

Congratulations to my niece Laura and Pete her husband on the birth of their 1st child Eva Rose,born sunday 2nd may,4lb 11oz,8wks early,both are doing fine,and a big happy birthday to my daughter Taia-Baileigh who is 3 today (03/05/10),lots of cards and mini albulms to do,so see you soon,love charlee xx
